Manager, Business Development
Established Indianapolis sports marketing seeks motivated business development specialist to develop endorsement opportunities for professional athletes. Looking for an autonomous, results oriented individual with a passion for business development and experienced with fast moving consumer brands.
Candidate must be able to grasp complex concepts, think independently, write strategic proposals and introductions and work seamlessly within a friendly, team-spirited creative environment. Essential are the skills to combine corporate marketing managerial environment, present professional, negotiate fees, forge strong working relationships and actual inspire clients to be passionate about their own projects.
Branding experience important. Ability to identify a brand's strengths, weaknesses, core equities, competitive landscape and to understand a brand's targeted consumer base in order to assist in crafting compelling brand identity strategies that will enhance brand sales at the point of purchase. Ability to determine any outside expertise needed on a project to project basis and to chaperone the creative deliverable from a client based perspective.
